It is situated 24 kms from Vijayawada, 5 kms from airport, 5 kms from soft ware park, and surrounded by Dr.Pinnamaneni siddhartha medical and dental college, N.T.Rama Rao College of veternery sciences, st john’s public school and a few engineering and intermediate colleges. 45 % of the layout has been truly left out to the development activities like 40 and 60 ft roads overhead tanks having a capacity of 6 lakh litres ,greenery has been given a prime importance by developing many parks with lots of flora by retaining the natures ecology , a concrete drainage system , underground cabling , B.T roads , a compound wall has been constructed .
